i found the staff very helpful and cute. they assisted with getting a taxi. the room had a bluetooth bose speaker which i used frequently. it was very quiet so sleeping was easy.
the location was not as convenient as i had hoped. walking from the train station with large suitcases proved difficult. nearby cafés had limited hours , made evenings a bit dull

The staff were helpful when I checked in using the automatic machine. Bedding was comfortable with a decent size bathroom.
One side of the bed felt higher than the other. It gave a weird feeling. The handling of a simple request was below what I expected from a hotel. I found this very disappointing.

the staff helped arrange transport to the airport securing a fixed rate. they also stored my bags both before and after my stay. the room was spacious for area standards and the bed and duvet were excellent.
there were no stairs to walk, so i always waited.

a tender escape in the city

excellent locationcomfortable beddingsmaller room
the location was excellent for gentle explorations. near kanda, walks unfolded with ease, a block from otemachi station which gave access to subways, and near the imperial palace, its a treasure. the staff gave clear direction when i checked in with the automatic machine. bedding in the comfort queen room was very comfortable.
i found the room on the smaller side, not unexpected for our setting. however, it could be an issue for some as storing belongings became a little inconvenient. our suitcases stayed in the open during the four nights.
